Hendricks and Sally L. Hendricks dated July 7, 1989, which contract was assumed by Edward Stamsek and Enola Stamsek effective December 7, 1992, has been terminated. The terminated allotment contract was for the benefit of that real property described on Schedule "A" enclosed herewith.
