Lot Line Adjustment - High Aspen Ranch On November 13, 2000, the Garfield County Board of Commissioners approved a Pedtion for Exemption from the definition of subdivision and subdivided land for High Aspen Ranch. The approvalallowedforthedivision of aT3.S4acreparcelwhichwasfurtherbrokendownintotwo pieces, one being 69.82L acres and the other being 4.019 acres. Onpe the field work was completed by the surveyor is was discovered that the 4.019 acre tract, as pgqry4ypd in the approved application extended 0.5 acres into a second parcel of three total parcels loo,mprisedthe 1,146.296 acreHighPointRanch.
