Dear Jon:
On November l, 1993 the Board of County Commissioners conditionally approved your i
request for a subdivision exemption. The approval was subject to the filing of an exemption
plat and completion of the following conditions:

i1. All representations of the ppplicant shall be considered conditions of approval ',
unless otherwise statred by the applicant. ,,i=2. A Finat Exemption Plat shall be submitted, indicating the legal description of the
property, dimension and area of all proposed lots or separate interests to be i
created, access to a public right-of-way, and any proposed ea,sements for
drainage, irrigation, access or utilities.
3. The applicant shall have 120 days to complete the required conditions of
approval. Extensions of 120 days may be granted by the Board for a period of
up to one (l) year.

4. The applicant shall submii $200 in School Impact Fees for the creation of each
new lot.
5. Driveway permits, if necessary, shall be obtained from the Road and Bridge
Department prior to the iSsuance of a building permit.
