WHEREAS, the Board of County Couunlssioners, upon application of Eltzabeth TerreLl-,
adopted lt.s Resolution No. 82-54, granting certaln exemptlons to the proposed divislon
of l-and in Sections 4 & 9, Townshlp 6 South, Range 92 West of the 6th Principal- Merldlan'
and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised thaE lts Resolution No. 82-54 ls, ln certain
respects, ln error,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Eoardfs Resolution No. 82-54 be and hereby
ls amended to read in its entirety as folLows:

REGULATIONS TOR ELIZABETTI TERRELL.
WSEREAS, Elizabeth Terrell has peEitloned the Board of County Commissloners of
Garfiel-d County, Colorado, for an exemption from the definitlon of the terms
"subdivision" and "subdivided land" under C.R.S. 1973,30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d), as
amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of GarfieLd County, Colorado, adopted January
2, L979, Sections 2.O2.OL (d) and 3.02.01 for the division of a 22.39 acre tract
described as fol-l-ows: that parcel of land as descrlbed in Document No. 269018, and
subsequent correction deed, Document. No.as filed in Ehe Offlce of the Clerk and
Recorder of Garfi.eld County, Colorado into 3 tracts of approxirnately 11.87' 10.52, and
.0J. acres each, more or J-ess, whlch proposed divlded tracts are more partlcularly
dJscribed as follows:
TMCT A: A parcel of land situated ln the SWtSEt of Section 4 and the lWklEk of
Sectlon 9, all ln Township 6 South, Range 92 lilest of the Sixth Prlnclpal
Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado, lying Northerly of the Northerly
