Mr. Pezold owns 31.41 shares of the water in this district. This would result in a central water supply. That is, the capacity of the tap to carry water flowing in its present natural state and under the existing pressure without assistance of any mechanism that would increase the flow of water, such as an impeller or motor driven suction device. At all times, however, subject to constriction of water furnished based upon availability of water suppley and to all rules, regulations, laws and policies of the Company governing the delivery and consumption of water furnished through the Company's water supply system. Your rights will be no different from the rights of the other users, based on share ownership, from the Company's system.
