Dear l"lr . Pretti:
After reviewing your parents Iand ownership with the County Attorney, we
have determined that they can create one additional Iot Lhrough the
exemption process. Tkris is based on the fact that the 13 acre tract that
was recently sold did not count toward ttre four (4) trnrcels allowed by
exemption since it was setrnrated from the rernaining land by a CounEy
road. Ttre further split of the Enrcel only used three (3) of the four (4)
trnssible splits allowed by the exerption process.
Hopefully, the above explanation makes some sense to you. ltre bottom lineis that if your trnrents can meet the other requirements for water, sehler,
access, etc., they can create one more parcel through the exenption
process.
