I have delivered a copy of the Amended Plat to Sam Phelps. The only modification on this Plat is the reconfiguration of Lots 2 and 3 to accommodate the enlargement of the "cabin site." Plat Note 5 specifically references the purpose of the amendment. We would appreciate it if you would process this amendment as quickly as possible. Thank you for your assistance.
