The purpose of the Plat Amendment is to adjust the boundries between
Lots 2 and 3 and reconfigure the lots to accomadate the location of
a "river cabin" on the remaining parcel. The amendment is necessary
to comply with requirements of the Conditional Use Approval granted
for the "river cabin" granted on July 9, 2001.

Delivered herewith is the First Amended Prehm Ranch Exemption Plat mylar which
has been executed by our surveyor, the owner and Alpine Bank. I have delivered a copy of the
Amended Plat to Sam Phelps. The only modification on this Plat is the reconfiguration of Lots 2 and
3 to accommodate the enlargement of the "cabin site." Plat Note 5 specifically references the
purpose of the amendment. We would appreciate it if you would process this amendment as quickly
as possible.
