Re: Pretti Exemptions
Dear Mr. Baldwin:
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenoed
applications for exemption. The developer proposes to use wells for the
water supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the Colorado
River at a point where there is still water available for approprlatlon. This
office can issue indlvidual domestic well permits to individual lot purchasers
and we recommend approval of the Pretti Exemptions.
