A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITTI GRAMING AN EXEMPTION FROU TTIE GASFIELD COI'NIY
SIEDIVISION REGULATIONS T'OR JACK AND },TARGARET PAVISICH
WIIEREAS, Jack and Margaret Pavisich have petitioned the Board of
County Corrmissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, for an exemption from the
definitLon of the terms ttsubdivision'r and t'subdivided Land" under C.R.S, L973r
30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d), as arnended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield
County, CoLorado, adopted January 2, L979, Sections 2.02.2L (d) and 3.02,01 for
the division of a 4L.21- acre tract clescribed as foLlows:
That parcel of Land as described in Docunent No. 250866 as
filed ln the Office of The Clerk and Recorder of Garfield
County, Colorado, into 2 traets of approximatel-y 35 and 6^21
acres each, nore or 1ess, which proposed divided tracts
are nore particularLy described as follows:

IIHEREAS, the Petitioners have demonstrated to the satisfactlon of
the Board of Cor:nty Cornm:issloners of GarfieLd County, Colorado, that the.propoieddivision does not fal1 within the purposes of Part 1, Article 28, Tltle 30,
Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, as amended, for the reason that the impact
created does not warrant further subdivision review, and

Board of County Cournissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, that there ls a
reasonable probability of locatlng domestlc rdater on each of said tracts, that
there is adequate: ingress and egress to said tracts, that the locatlon of septlc
