To Whom It May Concern:
I have recently received notification of a possible sub -division
going in next to us. I would like to state that we are voting (NO)
against it for the following reasons:
1. Water: Not enough water on the South side
of the river. Well water is very hard to
come by up Dry Hollow and most people have
to put in cisterns and haul there own. Alkali
is very prevalent. You could talk to the home owners
here and you could also compare it to Mineota
Estates.
2. The county can' tcomplete and/or fill the
existing sub -divisions: such as; Peach
Valley and Mineota Estates. We sure don't
need more.
3. I personnally live in the coutry for privacy,
open space, clean air and lack of population!
I am unable to attend your meeting since it is during our
working hours.
Thank you.
