IIAUSCHEL have jointly petitioned the Board of County Commi.s- sioners of Garfield County for an exemption of two tracts of land un-' der the provisions of Colo. Rev. Stats. (1973), Sec. 30-28-101(I0) (d), and WHEREAS, the joint petitioners have at a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners held this 21st day of JuIy, 1975, shown to the satisfaction of the Board the joint petitioners are respectiveJ-y the owners of adjoining tracts of land in Garfielrl County, Colorado, and that they desire each to convey to the other a smaLl tract out of the individual tracts owned by each, and that the larger tracts owned by each are improved. with dweLling houses, separate wells and sewer system and that each tract has a.nd wiLl have an access to o1d trighway 82 now known as County Road. L54, and WHEREAS, the two tract,s to be conveyed should be exempted from the definition of "subdivision" and "subdivided 1and" as set forth in Colo. Rev. St,ats. (1973\, Sec. 30-28-I01(10) (a). Beginning at a point in the center of the Roaring Fork River whence the North Quarter Corner of Section 27 bears N. 69002'55" w. 1908.38 feet to a point of begin-ning: thence S.
