the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,

Dear Mr. Baldwin:
I am writing in reference to your letter of April 30th, 1979
concerning the new parcel of land which I wish to create by
an exemption of Senate Bill 35. The delay in furnishing
your office with legal descriptions was due to the tremendous
work load within the surveyor's office.
I wish to ask for an ammendment to the above referred exemption
due to recent developments which have occurred since I last
appeared before the County Commissioners. The ammendment hereby
requested concern setting aside the five acre parcel, zoned
residential, which contains the following improvements:
residence, stable, brood mare corrals, and two water wells.
In 1972 the subject five acres was split from the balance of
agricultural land and assessed as a residentially zoned property.
It has constantly been taxed as such since that date.
The requested ammendment to the previously approved two 16 acre
parcels would then involve:
1. a 16 acre parcel
2. a 5 acre parcel
3. an 11 acre parcel
Access, water and irrigation water are available to all parcels.
A drawing of the parcels is attached hereto.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation
for the effort and courtesy extended by your office and the
County Commissioners Office to the undersigned.
