Letter of Feasibility for Sewage Disposal- Senate Bill 35 Exemption

R. 89 l.I., 6th P.M., containing l.l0 acres, more or less.
Dear Sirs:
Based on the information received by this office and past experience with
sewage disposal facilities in the immediate area of the proposed exemption, it
has been determined by this office on-lot sewage disposal facilities are both
feasible and practical, commensurate with both County and State regulations,
provided proper permits are obtained prior to construction.
It should be further noted that due to the known conditions, only the follow-
ing types of on-lot sewage disposal systems would be acceptable:
Approved septic tank and absorption area
Approved septic tank and dry well
Approved aerated treatment unit and absorption area
Approved aerated treatment unit and sealed sub-surface
evapotranspi rati on system

of the ditch bank by approximately L2', further restricting flow
acrosg the Lot.
fhe danger to this lot appears to be negligable. A].so, to
be considered are the irrlgation dams that control the flor of
water through Red Canyon.
Coneideratlon should be glven to the flow of nater ln Red
0anyon in the foundation design of any stnrcture erected on thls
site.
