(1973) Section 30-28-10l(10)(a) - (d) as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02.17(d) and 3.02.01, the undersigned RoBERT q. EMERSoN, rs respectfully petitions the Board of County Conunissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of a 40 acre more fully hereinafter described, from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terns are used and defined in C.R.S. This petition is for an exemption to a1l-ow the land to be divided in two (21 separate tracts to be used as buiJ.ding sites for residential purposes. The Land is described more fulJ.y in Exhibit trBrr. If the exemption is granted and either parcel of land is subsequentJ.y conveyed to other persons r Eltr easement right for ingress and egress will be granted from the County Road bordering on the property. At the present time there are no improvements on the property. EXHIBIT IIBIT PARIS SUBDIVISTON EXEMPTION PETITION The subject property is described as follows: The SWk SEk Section 36, Township 7 South, Range 90 West of the:6th P.M., GarfieLd County, Colorado. The proposed division is a bi-section of the property from North to South at the mid-point of the Northerly and Southerly boundaries of the property. Attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit I'Crr is a xerox copy of a portion of a U.S.G.S. topographical map for the Center Mountain Quadrangle showing the boundaries of the property and proposed divisional line.
