COLORADO 81601 (303) 945-2447 May 13, 1983 Garfield County Department of Development Planning Division Attention: Mr. Mark Bean 2014 Blake Avenue Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 RE: Onorofski Exemption Dear Mark: -MAY 16 `b' 33 _.. utak The County Commissioners approved the Subdivision Exemption Petition of Mark and Susan Onorofski on January 17, 1983, with the provision that conditions 2, 3 and 4 of the Staff Recommendation be complied with within 120 days of the approval. As I have advised you in our telephone conference of this date, the depressed economic conditions of this past winter and spring have left the Onorofski's in a position of not being able to meet the conditions within the 120 day period. Accordingly, I would hereby request on their behalf a 120 day extension of the time period for compliance with the conditions. Please present this request to the Commissioners for their consideration as soon as their schedule will allow and advise me if it will be necessary for me to appear at that time. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. DK/reh Yours very ly, DAN K cc Mark and Susan Onorofski
