No additional lots will be created if this lot line adjustment is granted. Tf,s>lot line adjustment is permitted, Lot 3 will acquire a corner of Lot 1 making their side yard and back *time useable. Lot 1 will acquire from Lot 3 greater access to the driveway shared by both parties.
