Pursuant to C. R. S. (1973) 8e or 30-28-101(10)(a) -(d) as amended,
and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado adopted September
1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02..17(d) and 3.02.01, the under-
signed James V. Quigley and Daniel P. Ougley respectfully petitions the Bcwrd
of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado to exempt by resolution:

inafter described, from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision laner
as the terms are used and defined In C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101(a) - (d) and
the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below:
1. The subdivision lots will be given to the daughters of Dan Quigley.
2, Access is available to each lot by .the county road adjoining each lot.

county road approach permit obtained. The road would be used as access to
