(1973) 8e or 30-28-101(10)(a) -(d) as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado adopted September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02..17(d) and 3.02.01, the under- signed James V. Quigley and Daniel P. Ougley respectfully petitions the Bcwrd of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado to exempt by resolution: NA of the SE of Section 36, Township 6 Southp Range. 88 West, more fully here-. inafter described, from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision laner as the terms are used and defined In C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101(a) - (d) and the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below: 1. The subdivision lots will be given to the daughters of Dan Quigley. 2, Access is available to each lot by .the county road adjoining each lot. A road has been. surveyed to Lot it 2 on an eight (8) percent grade and a county road approach permit obtained. The road would be used as access to both Lots # 2 and # 3. Lot # 1 would require less than eiciht percent grade for access. All roads will. have good winter exposure to the south. 3. Twenty foot wide utility easements run north from the east and west property lines as provided by the adjoining 4. Water should be no problem according to is an artesian spring located approximately erty line of Lot # 1. There are several one-half mile to the south. 5. The land is covered. with sage land.
