RE: Robert H. Ragle, Request for Abandonment
TELEPHONE 303 - 625-1887
Dear Mr. Clark:
I have examined Garfield County Abstract Company, Abstract No. 265
and have searched the Garfield County records. After examining the
evidence of title, I am unable to find that the District has any
continuing interest in Mr. Ragle's property. Accordingly, I believe
it would be appropriate for the District to provide Mr. Ragle with a
"Letter of Abandonment" if he will provide one in an appropriate
form. If Mr. Ragle will allow me to examine the form of the proposed
Letter prior to the next board meeting, I would be happy to review
its wording.
By copy of this letter I am informing Mr. Ragle of the foregoing and
returning to him the Abstract he provided for my 'examination.
Very truly yours,
STUVER & GEORGE
