PURPOSE: To split a .54 acre tract into 2 parcels
of .0092 and .5308 acres each.
ZONING: C/L (7500 square feet minimum lot size)
QUALIFICATIONS:
To convey approximately 400 square feet
(.0092 acre) to the Bartel's, the
adjoining property owners.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Urban Area of Influence of the City of
Glenwood Springs.
MISCELLANEOUS:
REVIEW AGENCY COMMENTS:
The Bartel's driveway and a portion of
their garage actually sits on this
portion of the Nordberg's property.
City of Glenwood Springs: No comments at the time the agendas were mailed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval with the condition that no new lots are created by this action which is
soley for the purposes of adjusting property boundaries.
