EXEMPTION APPLICABILITY The Board of County Commissioners has the discretionary power to exempt a division of lancl fiom the definiLion of subdivision and thereby from the pio""aur" in these Regulations, provided the Board determines that, such l*"*p[ion will not impair or defeal the stated purpose of the Subdivision ieguiations nor be del.rimental to the general public welfare. The Board shaIl make eiemption decisions in aicorclance with the requirements of these regulations-. Following a review of Lhe individual facts of each application in light of th; requirements of these Regulations, the Board may approve, conditionally apProve or deny an exemption. An aPPlication f;i eitlmpti6n must satiifyl at a minirnum, all of the review cr iteria lisbed Le1ow. Compliance with the review criteriar however, does not ensure exemption. the Board also may consider adclitonal factors listetl in Section B:60 of the Subdivision Regulations. A.
