L973, 30-28-101(10)(a)-(d)r as amended, and the Subdivision Regulatiops of Garf ieltl County, Colorador adopted January 2t L97.9, Sections 2.02.21(d) and 3.02.01 for the purPose of a boundary line adjustment for those parcels of land as described in Boo!< 574 rage 844 and in Book 600 Page 405 as filed in the Office of the Clerk and neiorder of Garfield County, Colorado.
