BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
GARFIELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101(10)(a) (d) as amended,
and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted
September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02.17(d) and
3.02.01, the undersigned Robert P Morris
respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution subdivision into 3 tracts as
shown r'n attached map of E. 1155' of SE4SW4 Sec. 11 T.7S, R88W.
of the 6th P.M.
more fully hereinafter described, from the definitions of "subdivision"
and "subdivision land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S.--(1973)
Section 30-28-101(a) - (d) and the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations,
for the reasons stated below: The subdivision is served by existing
roads and presents no problem related to intensive use.of land
or the provision for utilities and service. See Exhibit A showing
access easement. Utilities serve the Stirling subdivision which is
adjacent. The subdivision is not a part of an existing or poten-
tial land development project. A domestic water well permit has
been issued to petitioner.: A copy is attached as Exhibit B.
