Re: Senate Bill 35 Exemption Request for
A. J. and Thelma Moscon
Gentlemen:
I have reviewed the above exemption request. The zoning
of the parcel is Commercial/Limited which allows for the
contemplated single-family residential use. This parcel
is served by central water and sewer from the West Glen-
wood Springs Water District and the West Glenwood Springs
Sanitation District; consequently, the 0.45 acres to be
exempted far exceeds the minimum of 7,500 square feet.
Access presents no problem.
I recommend approval of the request as stated on the
Resolution.
