PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101(10)(a) - (d) as amended,
and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted
September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02.17(d) and
3.02.01, the undersigned
respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution to, art-C�1cc�r*

and "subdivision land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S. (1973)
Section 30-28-101(a) - (d) and the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations,

State of Colorado, lying Southerly of the Southerly right -of --way line

Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Section 30 whence
an iron post with a brass cap found in place and properly marked for
the Witness Monument to the South Quarter Corner of said Section 30

along the Southerly line of said Section 30; thence North 90.08 feet
to a point in the Basin Ditch; thence along said Basin Ditch S.82°55'

21'27" W. 21.06 feet to a fence as constructed and in place; thence
along said fence N.25°12'38" E. 64.34 feet; thence N.06°25103" W.

167.47 feet to a point on the Southwesterly right-of-way line of said
County Road No. 100; thence along said right-of-way line 218.43 feet
along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 120.00 feet,
the chord of which bears: S.37°20'50" E. 189.51 feet; thence S.89°
29'29" E. 330.00 feet; thence 434.32 feet along the arc of a curve
to the right, having a radius of 421.21 feet, the chord of which
bears: S.59°57'06" E. 415.33 feet, more or less to a point on the
Southerly line of said Section 30, the point of beginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 3.82 acres, more or less.
