Dear Mr. Farrar,
Enclosed you will find a copy of the deed for Lot 13
of Rifle Creek Estates. It is my intention;to build a
home on this land and would like to move the access
easement to the south property line as was originally
agreed upon with Mr. Thomas L. Emmer. He has submitted
an Amended Plat for Lot 13 which is in agreement with
my wishes. I would appreciate it if you would submit
this to the County Commissioners for their approval.

this matter.
