CONCERNS:
1. Letter from State Geologic Survey recommends that due to the steepness,
erodibility, and dip of the Wasatch formation that lots ##13 & 14 be
eliminated and that the building site on lot #15 be restricted to the
area on the terrace deposit.

3. Letter from the State Forest Service recommends that a secondary access
be utilized for emergency fire protection and that the maximum cul-de-sac
length without a secondary access should be 750 feet.
4. Public Service Company request a 10' utility easement adjacent to all lot
lines.

RECOMMENDATION: Approval with the following conditions
1. That lots #13 & 14 be eliminated and that a building envelope be designated
on lot #15 which is on the terrace deposit.
