Generally, a minor change in a lega1 description on an exemption resolution is treated as a bourrdary line aojustnrent. and is cealt wiEh administratively. The difference in the two above noted descriptions appears to be a minor change in one distance to tire right-of+'lay of County Road 113, increasing the lot size sIightly. If the lot size had been reduced to less than two (2) acres, there coulo have been a problem.
