Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 3Q-28-l0l(10)(a) - (d) as arended'
and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, CoJorado, adopted
September'1,1972 and amended April '14, 1975, Sections 1.02.17(d) and

Dear Mr. Farrar:
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
exemptton applicatlons. The developer proposes to use wells for the
water supply which would intercept ground water which ts trlbutary to
the Colorado River at a potnt where there ts still water avatlable for
appropriatlon. This office can issue tndividual domestlc well permlts
to individual lot purchasers and we recommend approval of these
proposals.
