Dear Gary,
Subject Wastewater Disposal System — TBD (lot 1) CR 259, Rifle, CO
I am writing to certify that I have visually inspected the individual wastewater disposal system at TBD
(lot 1) near Rifle, Colorado and find it to be in accordance with the calculations and construction
drawings (dated 08/18/16) that I developed. The system is adequate to accommodate the additional
waste water from a reverse osmosis filtration system servicing one drinking water fixture.
If you have any questions or require additional assistance regarding this project, please let me know.
