1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (IRC)
AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (IECC).
2) REFER TO ATTACHMENTS TO PLANS FOR GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.
REDLINED NUMERICAL NOTATIONS ON PLANS REFER TO ANNOTATED ITEMS ON THE
ATTACHED "RESIDENTIAL PLAN REVIEW LIST".
3) GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER TO PROVIDE OPEN -HOLE INSPECTION REPORT TO VERIFY
1,500 PSF REQUIREMENTS PER SOILS REPORT.
4) GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER SHALL VERIFY PLACEMENT OF COMPACTED STRUCTURAL
FILL = 1500 PSF. PROVIDE ENGINEER SEALED APPROVAL REPORT AT UNDERGROUND
PLUMBING INSPECTION.
5) CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING BUILDING DEPT. TO SCHEDULE SPECIAL
INSPECTION PRIOR TO CONCRETE INSTALLATION TO VERIFY THAT RIGID INSULATION IS
IN PLACE PRIOR TO CONCRETE POUR.
6) STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SHALL FIELD VERIFY PLACEMENT OF STEEL REINFORCEMENT
BARS, ANCHOR BOLTS AND FORMWORK PRIOR TO CONCRETE SLAB POUR. PROVIDE
ENGINEER SEALED APPROVAL REPORT AT UNDERGROUND PLUMBING INSPECTION.
7) STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SHALL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEW AND INSPECTION
OF CONCRETE MAT SLAB FOUNDATION. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S SEALED APPROVAL
REPORT (WET STAMPED & SIGNED) PRIOR TO FRAMING INSPECTION.
8) EXTERIOR WALLS, OPENINGS, AND PROJECTIONS WITHIN 5 FEET OF THE PROPERTY LINE
MUST COMPLY WITH THE 2015 IRC, TABLE R302.1 (AS NOTED ON PLANS).
9) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR
IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE (INCLUDING ROOF
OVERHANGS) WILL BE IN COMFORMANCE WITH BUILDING ENVELOPE SETBACKS.
10) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL 15 REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL I5 REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
