In response to RFI #3 — Vertical Rebar frequency:
RE: Carbondale House

The contractor proposed increasing the spacing of the vertical foundation wall dowels, as shown
on detail 1/S.4 of the construction documents, from 12 inches on center to 24 inches on center. After review
of the proposed change, we find the foundation wall will continue to be structurally sufficient with the
proposed change. Therefore, the increased spacing is acceptable.
