I am writing in reference to obtaining a building permit to rebuild our small water well pump house
roof which lies on EnCana land off of County Road 215 in Parachute.
Please let this letter serve as written authorization to allow Mr. David Hillbrand with Kuersten
Construction to sign any necessary permits for this construction on our behalf.
