Kemp Box 698 Glenwood Springs, Co. 81602 RE: Special Use Permits for Sievers Ranch Dear Mr. Kemp, In response to the Garfield County Attorney's letter dated December 8, 1981, Fox Aggregates has compiled the following information. This information was taken directly from our weigh tickets which should provide a totally accurate account of the truck traffic in and out of Sievers Pit. We are basing this information on our busiest months; June through November. Month Semis Tandums Mixers Pick-ups Total June 143trips 166 49 6 364 July 275 178 88 6 547 August 302 93 154 2 551 September 75 26 334 6 441 October 135 59 216 11 421 November 62 151 269 8 490 In the month of June 182 of the 364 trips were made by Garfield and Eagle County trucks, and by the towns of Carbondale and Basalt. In July, 77 trips were Garfield County trucks. In essence, over a six month period the total amount of trips made, based on a six day work week, would be 17.92 trips per day. We would also like to emphasize that these figures are based on the sand and gravel, redi-mix concrete, and asphalt operations. If any further information is needed, please do not hestitate to call.
