Cerise Eugene "Jim" Drinkhouse EaY l Rhodes Mildred Alsdorf when the following proceedings, Commissioner Chairman , Commissioner Commissioner County Attorney , Clerk of the Board among others were had and done, RESOLUTION NO. 84-132 A,RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION BY BEN KRUEGER AND THREE MILE MOBILE HOME PARK. o -wit: WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, has received an application from Ben Krueger and Three Mile Mobile Home Park for a Special' Use permit for the expansion of an existing mobile home park on the following described tract of land: Attached Exhibit A (in the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield); and WHEREAS, pursuant to required public notice, the Board conducted a public hearing on the 9th day of July, 1984, upon the question of whether the above described Special Use permit should be granted or denied, at which hearing the public and interested persons were given the opportunity to express their opinions regarding the issuance of said Special Use permit; and WHEREAS, the_Board on the basis of the evidence produced at the aforementioned hearing, has made the following determination of fact: 1. That proper publication and public notice was provided as required by Section 9.03.04 (1) (2) of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution of 1978, as amended; 2. That the hearing before the Board of County Commissioners was extensive,and complete, that all pertinent facts, matters and issues were submitted and that all interested parties were heard at that hearing; 3. That the application was complete in accordance with the requirements set forth in Sections 5.03.07 and 5.03.08 of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution of 1978, as amended; BOOR 653. eAG€ 75 NOW, THEREFORE,.BE.IT..RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado. that..a Special Use .permit be and hereby is authorized for the use of the.'.. above, described trect of land for. the expansion of a mobile home park uponthe following .specific conditions: 1. That all proposals of the applicant shall be considered conditions of approval unless specified otherwise. That only proposed mobile home Space No. 19 be added to. the existing 18 spaces. 3. Thatany mobile home placed on Space No. 19 shall be at least 30 feet from the high watermark of Three Mile Creek. 4. That any old septic tanks, dry wells or leach fields will be backfilled prior to placement of any mobile homes. That two•dry hydrant pumper:locations be developed in accordance with the .recommendations..of the Glenwood Springs Fire Department. 6. :..That all conditions of approval shall of approval and that said Special. Use within one (1). year of the Resolution 7. That all conditions.of approval shall of approval and that said Special Use within one (1) year of the Resolution be met within one (1) year permit shallbe taken out of Approval .being signed.. be met within one (1) year permit shall be taken out of Approval being signed. The Special Ilse permitshall only be valid for a period of 120 . days from.the date of.:issuance, unless construction or use has commenced•thereunder: and.:.if construction or use has not commenced within'this specified period, the permit shall expire..
