1. All work to comply with 2015 IBC; IPC, IFGC, IMC, and 2009 IECC.
2. All electrical work as per State Electrical Inspector. Electrical final
inspection required prior to county final.
3. Verify all fire code requirements meet the 2009 IFC
4. Local fire district to inspect fire code requirements. Final
inspection by fire district required prior to county final inspection.
5. Storage, use and placarding of all hazardous materials required as
per the fire code.
6. Verify maximum allowable quantity of all hazardous materials
complies with Table 307.1(1) of the IBC.
7. Engineer of record to inspect all pumps, structures and equipment
related to water treatment and to verify the commissioning of the
systems.
