At a regular __meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners for Garfield County, Colorado, held at the Commissioners'
Annex in Glenwood Springs on_ Monday_j, the 14th day
of _May ___�_A.D. 1984 , there were present:

when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-92
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAIJ OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
APPLICATION BY NORTHERN NATURAL GAS COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, has received an application from Northern Natural Gas Company
for a Conditional Use permit for a 4 1;2" gathering line and measurement
facility in association with the Coors U.S.A. Well 41-31 on the following
described tract of land:
E 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 31, T7S, R97W and Lhe NE 1/4 Section 6, T3S, R97W
of the 6th Principal Meridian
(in the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to required public notice, the Board conducted a
hearing on the 30th day of April 1984, upon the question of whether the
above described Special Use permit should be granted or denied, at which
hearing the public and.interested persons were given the opportunity to
express their opinions regarding thea issuance of saiu Special Use permit;
and
WHEREAS, the Board on the basis of the evidence produced at the
aforementioned hearing, has made Lhe following determination of fact:
1. The proposed use should be considered a conditional use due to
authorization and regulation of the proposed use by the Federal
Government.
2. That the hearing '-ef.ore the Board of County Commissioners was
extensive and complete. that all pertinent facts, matters and
issues were submitted and that all interested parties were heard
at that gear-Lny.
3. That the proposed land use will be compatible with existing and
permitted land uses in all directions.
4. That for the above stated and other reasons, the proposed zoning
is in the best interest of the health, safety, morals,
convenience, order, prosperity and welfare of the citizens of
Garfield County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado that a Conditional Use permit be and hereby is authorized
permitting the use the above described tract of land for a 4 1/2"
Gathering line and Measurement facilty, upon the following specific
conditions:
1. All proposals of the applicants shall be considered conditions of
approval..
2. The applicants shall submit a signed copy of the BLM right-of-way
prior to final approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
3. The applicant shall be required to contact the Clerk and
Recorder's b%fice concerning the licensing of all equipment and
motorized vehicles used for the project.
4. All conditions of approval ;rust be met withinl20 days from the
date of conditional approval.
