GRANTING AN EXTENSION 01" 111‘11,; FOR T SPECIAL USE PERMIT ISSUED '!o 'ME MOBILE PREMIX COMPANY WHEREAS, Garfield County is a legal and political SUM iviscion of the State of: Colorado for which the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to act; WHHER1';AS, by Resolution No. 81-141, the Board of County Conunis:;ioners of Garfield County issued a special use permit for extraction of natural resource:; in the Lin incorporated area::; of Garfield County; 1^i(IEI4EAS, Mobile Premix Company has not begun operations on the subject property as required by Section 9.01.05, but said failure to act is justifiable, a::; set forth below; WHEREAS, Mobile Premix Company . has entered into a contract with I Gar.fielcl County tor private funding of the construction of: the Mallin Creek :interchange on interstate 70, which act, among others, constitutes a sufficient basis for a grant of an extension of time; anc the.
