Chevron plans to move the office to the #1-25A drill site once that well has been drilled and completed. The storage area located in SW1/4, Sec 8, '1'5S, R98W will be used to store materials prior to being installed on each well site and also used as a staging area for wells i -25A and 2-3D. It is uncertain at this time as to whether this site will become permanent or be removed. The appropriate permits will be submitted if permanent use is required. The entire area will he enclosed with a 7 foot chain link fence. Bean, Director 109 - 8th Street, Ste. 303 Glenwood Springs, CO 81601-3303 Dear Mr. Bean: Chevron proposes a change of location for office site for our Skinner Ridge project. Originally, the site was to have been located adjacent to the lower portion of the access road to Chevron 4-28H, requiring a Special Use Permit. Now, however, we find that the well location for Chevron 4-28H itself is large enough to accommodate the office site and this location is better for radio and telephone communication purposes. The site will consist of an 8' x 40' trailer, sewage holding tank, water supply tank and dumpster for collection of trash from the various well sites. In addition, we wish to notify you that W. C. Striegel Construction is doing some dirt work and road work for this project. Their address is Box 860, Rangely, Colorado 81648. The phone number is (303) 675-8444.
