WE COULD ONLY GUESS AS TO THE AMOUNT OF VEHICLES PER DAY OF UP TO TWENTY BASED ON OUR CURRENT INDOOR FIELD IN RIFLE. AS FOR THE LOCATION AND SIZE OF STRUCTURES, THERE ARE NO IMMEDIATE PLANS FOR ANY PERMANENT OR HABITABLE BULIDINGS. HOWEVER WE DO PROPOSE TO ERECT A SERIES OF FALSE FRONT BUILDINGS WITHOUT ROOFS (SIMILAR TO A HOLLYWOOD SET) FOR THE PURPOSE SCENARIO TRAINING. The native vegeation includes wheatgrass, blueg.rasscs, Indian rice grass, neediegrass, bitterbrush, mountain mahogany, sagebrush, and an overstory et pinyon and juniper. The soil complex and steep slopes generally make this area unsuitable for crops. The lower elevation provides a variety of browse plants which can be used tor sheep grazing. The are is a prime wintering area for deer; rabbits, coyote and grouse find food and cover in the lower elevations. Perhaps the highest and best use of the area is grazing, wildlife habitat and recreation. The property is fenced along. the 1-70 right--of--way and Is left unfenced along the remaining perimeter.
