TURK SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PI,AT
CONCERNS:
1. New Castle requests that 40t of R.O.W. be requested of
the developer along County Road 245 to facil-itate fuEure
expansion of the road. See letter.
2. Forest Service letter-No problems associated with wildfire
hazards.
3. Public Service requests casements to cover existing power-
llnes.
4. Colorado Geologic Survey-no objection provided the recom-
mendations in the Lincoln DeVore report are followed.
5. Division of l.Iater Resources-Recomrnends that a purrp test and
\rater quality analysis be performed on the household well
that will serve the new lot prior to final plat. (see letter)
PGCoMMENDATION: Approval with the following conditions-
1. That there be a pump test and water quality analysis be
performed and subrn-itted to the Planning Department prior to
final pl-at.
2. That easements to Public Service be dedicated and appear on
the f inal p1-at.

3. That a dedication of 40r of R.o.w. be dedicated on county
Road 245 for future expansion of the road.
4. Ihat a $200.00 fee for the new lot be glven to the school
district.
5. That a proposal for fire protection acceptable to the fire
district be finalized by final plat.
