Property Description
A tract of land situate in Lots 1 and 7 of Section 3, Township 8
South, Range 88 West of the 6th Principal Meridian being more partic-
lariy described as follows:
Beginning at a point whence the Witness Corner to the North 1/4 corner
of said Section 3 bears N 67°03'21" W 1957.86 feet with all bearings
contained herein relative to a bearing of N 89°57' W on the centerline
of Main Street in the Town of Carbondale, Colorado; thence N 61°30'16" E
