Road 167 in Glenwood Springs. It was formerly owned by J & M Pump Co., which had operated a well pump installation service and distributorship for more than thirty years. During this period, there was in addition to the pump oo. a plumbing and sheet metal business, which operated for years. My Intent upon purchasing the property (as represented by ]ohn Huebinger Real Estate) was that if I should decide to have a small office there would not be a problem as much larger commercial business's had operated there for many years. The building was eemeiy dirty to the point of removing the drywall was the only option to restoring it to a usable space. In doing this, it was found that the electrical system was of very poor quality. This Prompted the application for a building permit so that we could upgrade the wiring to a safe standard. The main structure has not changed and the use of the space will be only for deriral work done one or two days a week by one individual. Our main plumbing shop is looted in Aspen and all operations are done there, as 100 % of our business is located in that area. There will not be any retail sales through this location.
