EXISTING RESIDENCE (NOTED AS "OLD HOUSE" ON SITE PLAN) WILL REQUIRE DECOMMISSIONING OR DEMOLITION PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. VERIFY REQUIREMENTS WITH BUILDING INSPECTOR.
