Thanks for your voicemail message on Tuesday. I'm sorry, but I've been under the weather & out of the office for the
past day & a half.
I've completed my review of your plans and we should have you permit processed later today. I only have a couple of
questions or comments before finalizing things:
• Can you please forward over to me a copy of the Soils Report referenced on the Structural Engineer's plans?
• Regarding the Colorado Dept. of Housing certification, even if the factory -built structure is HUD (federal agency)
approved, CDOH will be the certifying agency for manufacture & installation. Garfield County will require a
CDOH installation insignia affixed to the structure prior to our final inspection & certificate of occupancy. Your
installer should be familiar with this requirement, but it would be good for you to confirm.
Once your building permit is fully processed here in our office, you will be receiving a call to make arrangements for you
to pick it up.
