The County Planning Staff, County Surveyor and the County Attorneys Office have reviewed the Final Plat submitted by the Applicant for Final Townhouse Plat of Valley View Village, building K, a • Re -subdivision of Lot 46 and find the application to be complete. Further, the County Planning Staff recommends the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners sign the Final Plat and all associated documents presented which are listed below: 1 — Plat (resubdivision) Garfield County UM INTEROFF To: Fred Jarman, Building and Planning Department From: Scott Aibner — Garfield County Surveyor Subject: Valley View Village Building K Condo Plat - Review Date: 5/12/2005 SURVEYOR SCOTT AIBNER, P.L.S Dear Fred, Upon review of the Valley View Village Building K Condominium plat, I have prepared a list of comments or corrections to be made prior to approval for survey content and form. 1. The ties from the building to the north lines of lot 46 need to be from actual lot 46 corners and should indicate bearing and distance. 3. The building annotations need to include bearings as each footprint is to be treated as a parcel of land. Once these comments have been addressed, the surveyor may prepare the mylar for record pending further requirements from your office.
