Inspection of shop fabrication or field work at job site: Field
Report: Inspected high strength A325 bolting at the main frame column, rafter,
grit beam, and flange bracing connections. Also randomly tested/verified A325
bolts were adequately tightened.
The high strength bolting inspected above appeared to be in substantial
conformance with the plans, and the AISC/RCSC Specification for A325/A490
bolting.
To the best of my knowledge this completes the special inspections of the high
strength A325 bolting, as outlined above for the project.
