Senate Bill 35 Exemption Rqquest
Gentlemen:
On June 18, 1973 Mr. Rand applied for an exemption from Senate
Bill 35 provisions. No formal action was taken at the Commissioners'
meeting and a letter dated June 27th from Mr. W.W. Weaver outlining
further requirements prior to action was sent to Mr. Rand.
In tracing this matter back the requirements contained in Mr.
Weaver's letter have been fulfilled. The land in question ha in a
high water table area, and low density signle-family residential
development is a compatible land use. A permit for an aerated
sewage treatment system has been issued, and access to the property
is provided with an easement from Highway #82.
I would recommend approval of this request for exemption.
