As requested , the Terracon representative observed and documented installation of
seventy two (72) screw piles for support of the Compressor (COMP) building foundation.
Screw piles were installed by the contractor on October 17, 2012 through October 30,
2012 . In summary , it is Terracon 's opinion the screw piles were installed according to
length and torque listed by the contractor's design as follows:
Terracon reviewed pile set criteria contained in the "Linde Williams TXP1, Pile
Installation Torque and Pressure Guidelines" by AnchorPipe International, Inc . undated
and received 10-12-12.
Terracon reviewed drawings LPP DWG No. OOO-C-ZB-1030 -Key Plan Screwpile
Location Plan number PCR-CN70-1003 and LPP DWG No. OOO-C-ZB-1042 -Standard
Screwpile details number PCR-CN70-1015 by Linde Process Plants, Inc. dated 10-1-12
under their Project No . 2110A01W.
