RESOLUTI O N
WHEREAS, Redstone Corporation has petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado,
for an exemption under C. R. S. 30-28-101 (10)(d) (1973), and
the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations as amended, for
the division of a 2.39 acre tract into 2 tracts of approxi-
mately 1.2 acres, more or less, and more particularly
described as follows: (See attached Exhibit A)
WHEREAS, the Petitioners have shown to the satis-
faction of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, that they desire said exemption for the
purpose of division into two (2) single-family residential
parcels, and
WHEREAS, Petitioner has demonstrated to the satis-
faction of the Board that there is a sufficient supply of
domestic water for each of said tracts, that there is
adequate ingress and egress to said tracts, that the location
of septic tanks will be permitted by the Colorado Department
of Health, that the requested division is in accordance with
the general purposes and intent of the subdivision regulations
of the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield and should
therefore be exempted from the definition of the terms
"subdivisions" and "subdivided land" as set forth in C. R. S.
30-28-101 (10)(d) (1973).
NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of
seconded by and unanimously carried
said acre tract of land is hereby exempted from such
definition and transfer of said tract may be made by division

into 2 tracts of 1.2 acres, more or less, all as is more fully
described in the Petition pertaining hereto.

Description
A tract of land situated in Lot 12 of Section 35, Township
7 South, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M., lying Easterly of
a strip of land 50 feet in width, to be used as a roadway,
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Easterly
line of said roadway, whence the Witness Point to the S 1/4
Corner of Section 35 bears S 33°17'30" W 635.50 feet;
thence N 07°14'02" E 245.98 feet; thence S 83°53'47"
E 446.61 feet; thence S 04°07'17" W 214.01 feet; thence
N 87°53'31" W 460.00 feet to a point on the Easterly line
of said road, the point of beginning.
