Once the Final Plat is signed, it is then recorded by the County Clerk in the Clerk and Recorder's Office for a fee of $11 for the first sheet and $10 for each additional sheet thereafter. This fee shall be paid by the applicant. This act of recording the signed Final Plat represents the completion of the Garfield County Subdivision Process. Please refer to the specific language in the Final Plat portion (Section 5:00) of the Subdivision Regulations for specific timelines and additional responsibilities required of the applicant to complete the Final Plat process.
